When you book the workshops you'll asked to book onto sessions individually so you can pick when you come. You can choose to attend up to 6 sessions as part of your postnatal package.
Session 1- The 4th Trimester and introduction to safe baby wearing for newborns
Session 2 - Looking after mum and introduction to baby massage
Session 3 - Infant Sleep and feeding
Session 4 - Weaning
Session 5- Feeding in a sling
Session 6 - Moving on from newborn carrying
Session 7 - Introduction to Woven Wraps and Ring Slings
